This item is a wood product and will vary slightly in appearance as every piece of wood has it's own character marks. Different grain, knotts and slight "imperfections" are to be expected. Laser cut and engraved. To keep your board looking good DO NOT cut on the design side. Do not dunk down in water or scrub hard you may ruin the design. Wipe off lightly with a soft barely damp rag. Oil when needed with a food safe oil made for cutting boards such as Odie oil or Walrus.
