What is your return policy for Original Art?


ORIGINAL ART Due to the high cost of shipping for art pieces we cannot offer returns or refunds. If you would like more pictures of a specific piece prior to purchasing, or have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us. Commissioned custom original artwork is non-refundable. SHIPPING DAMAGE We have not ever had a customer receive a damaged item, however, if you happen to receive artwork damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage so that we may initiate an insurance claim with the shipping company. What is your return policy for Decorative Art?


DECORATIVE ART If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item in the same condition within 7 calendar days from the date you received it along with your receipt and original packaging. The shipping & insurance cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Please email us at tarynfosterart@gmail.com with your shipping and tracking information along with confirmation that you have insured the artwork. Once the item is received and everything is in good order we will send you a confirmation email and your refund will then be initiated. Your credit will be applied to your credit card or by the original means of payment. SHIPPING DAMAGE We have not ever had a customer receive a damaged item, however, if you happen to receive artwork damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage so that we may initiate an insurance claim with the shipping company. All Seasonal Art is non-refundable.





Ordering

How do I place an order?


Please go to the Shop page. This will take you to the Etsy store to purchase. For commission pieces please email tarynfosterart@gmail.com with your wish list (ie: size, sand, shells, blue water, green water, mixed, etc.)




Do the images accurately represent the piece?


We strive to represent each piece with accuracy, however, every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and everyone sees colors differently. Because of this, please understand that the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see accurately portrays the true color of the painting.




Can you send my order as a gift?


Absolutely! We'd love to! Check the box that says "this is a gift." After placing your order please contact us at tarynfosterart@gmail.com and let us know if you'd like us to include a personalized note with your name at no additional cost.




Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?


You can if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact tarynfosterart@gmail.com If the item has already been shipped we can not cancel the order.




Do you have payment plans?


Yes. We can provide an interest free payment plan for any artwork that is $500.00 or more. Please contact us via the Commission page form to make arrangements.





Commissions

Can I order a commission resin coastal art painting and what's the process?


Absolutely. Email tarynfosterart@gmail.com for a specialized quote. Taryn will contact you by phone or email (whatever your preference is) to discuss what you'd like -- the size, colors, materials, etc. After discussing, a quote will be given to the client for approval, along with the timeframe for completion. Upon approval of the quote, a thumbnail painting will be prepared showing colors for client’s approval. If you'd like rocks, sand, shells, etc. in the painting this will not be on the thumbnail. Once the thumbnail is approved by the client, a 50% deposit will be required to initiate work. When the artwork has been completed a photo will be sent to the client and the remaining balance will be due. Once full payment has been made on the artwork, shipping will be initiated. Invoice for shipping will be sent and will be due upon receipt prior to sending the artwork.




How long does a commission piece take to complete?


Commissions time depends on the size, scope of the project and Taryn's availability.




Is shipping included in the commission quote?


No. We do not include shipping fees in the commission quote. Cost of shipping will depend on the carton size needed and the final weight of the art piece upon completion. All costs will need to be paid prior to shipping.




How do I pay for a commission?


A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for commission pieces. The balance is due once the painting has been completed and prior to shipping. Work time takes approximately 2-3 weeks once the commission is started. We do not include shipping rates in the commission quote. Cost of shipping will depend on size and the weight of the art piece upon completion. All monies paid for a commission piece are non-refundable:





Resin Art Care

How do I take care of my resin art work?


Avoid direct exposure to heat or sunlight. To clean, spray a little glass cleaner on a very soft rag and gently wipe the surface. Never put resin pieces in the dishwasher. Avoid using sharp objects on the resin surface. Do not set food directly on the resin surface. Place on a plate or napkin first. Minor scratches from normal use on home decor items are unavoildable and will not affect the longevity of the product. Please keep in mind each piece is hand painted, unique and original and some minor imperfections can be expected which will have no impact in the overall beauty of the piece.





International Orders

Do you ship Internationally?


Yes! Please contact tarynfosterart@gmail.com for a quote to ship to your country. Also, please let us know the item you are interested in as we will have to know the size and weight of the item to give you an accurate quote. Any customs and duty fees upon arrival at destination will be the responsibility of the recipient.
